Shipping & Returns

Our Return Policy:
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for manufacturer defects only. Most products are custom made per order / produced upon receipt of order.

Items that are damaged or contain manufacturer defects may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange of the same product. There will be no cost for the shipping of the returned item or replacement item to the customer.

Upon receipt of damaged/defective merchandise, please notify us at Monsta@Monsta.cc.

** Please note damaged / defective merchandise must be in its original box and contain all of the original packing slips and inserts.

Order Cancellations:
You may receive a full refund ONLY if the order has not shipped or is in production.

If the order has been shipped, you may receive a refund less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. You will also be assessed any fees set by the shipping carrier for the intercept of the shipment.

Shipping Info:
Orders are processed within 48 business hours of receipt of the order. Please note each product is a custom, made per order, product. Although we make every effort to complete all purchased items and ship them as soon as possible, 4 to 6 weeks is the general delivery time frame.

Orders are shipped via UPS ground in most cases. We do not ship internationally. We are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

You will be promptly notified should we be unable to fill your order or experience a delay in shipping your order.
